Finance and Insurance Christian Network 

This professional and sector group exists to connect, equip and support individual Christians working in the finance and insurance industries.

The group aims to connect individual Christians to others within their organisation so that together they can be praying for their organisation. Once a Christian Workplace Group is formed, this network encourages and equips the group to engagement with management or D&I to become a formally recognised Christian Staff Network or sometimes known as an Employee Resource Groups.
 
Once Staff Network Groups are set up the Finance and Insurance Christian Network continues to give ongoing support to leaders, sharing good practice and ideas to help the groups become more visible and to bring tangible benefits to the organisations they work for. This includes sharing their faith in Jesus.
 
The coordinator for this network is Brad, a Transform Work Ambassador.
