Did you know that 75% of Christians find their workplace is the hardest place to be as a believer? They tell us it can be lonely, they feel unsupported, they can leave their faith at the door, and can be reluctant to share the gospel with colleagues.
Transform Work changes this by helping Christians form workplace communities. In this way, Christians from all different backgrounds walk alongside one another, pray together and share their faith with their colleagues. Over 20+ years, Transform Work has helped over 1,000 organisations to start and grow these communities, meaning Christians are confident in their identity in Christ and are transforming the culture and values of their workplace.

Last year, we launched the 100 Campaign, asking people to donate £10/month to help grow our ministry. Wonderfully, we are now two thirds of the way to our target! Over the past year alone, this has grown the number of Christian workplace groups we support by more than 5%, together with many amazing testimonies of God’s hand on their workplaces.
We invite you to prayerfully consider joining the 100 Campaign. We will be using the funds to strengthen our team and increase our network of Ambassadors, which will have a direct impact on growing Christian workplace groups across the UK and beyond - each encouraging one another in their work and their workplace witness.

You may also consider larger regular or one-off donations. We are planning to hire an individual to oversee the work of our Ambassadors and grow the impact of the team in 2026, and larger donations will give us the confidence and resources to start this hiring process.
