Meet our Scottish Lead Ambassador
1. Individual
Are you an individual wanting to start a Christian group in your workplace. Here's some tips on how to get started.
2. Initial Contact
So you've found another Christian in your organisation. Start by sharing how you met Jesus and made Him Lord of your lives, in your lunch or coffee break either face to face, on a call or even using a whatsapp group.
3. Early Formation
A few Christian colleagues have started to connect. Now is the time to starting working through the free downloadable booklet on starting a Christian Workplace Group, p6 Getting Started. Make sure you fill out the blanks together
4. Organisational Acceptance
Your workplace knows your group exists and is it acceptable to book meeting rooms and use emails to connect but you don't yet have the same privileges as other diversity and inclusion staff groups.
5. Formal Recognition and Integration
Your Christian Workplace Group is formally recognised as a Staff Network or Employee Resource Group and has the same privileges as the other groups within your organisation's diversity and inclusion framework. High Five!
6. Organisational Celebration
Your organisation values your group and shouts out about you to others.
